So far, so good. Never felt this pumped up and perked up before. Adrenalin and endorphin is engulfing my whole body as I brick train the last 3 days.
Consider this:
Sunday - 400 meter swim, 15 km bike, 3 km run
Monday -600 meter swim, 5 km bike, no run
Tuesday -600 meter swim, 8 km bike, 1.2km run
I felt like an unstoppable freight train. I can't wait for tomorrow to start the same routine again...
Run when you can, walk when you have to, crawl if you must, just never give up - Dean Karnazes
