Day 1: sept 11
GDinner menu:- 1 banana taken 6pm
- half banana at 10pm
- sardines and rice at 1030 pm
Its filling so far, and gives me the quick energy I need for my 7 pm conference call with suppliers.
Its almost 8 pm and somehow the hunger pangs hasnt set it. So far so good.
After the church lesson at 10, i felt like i was totally drained. By the time i reached home i was already not in the mood to do anything nor energized to engage with my family members.
Not to justify but it dawned on me what im doing may be a bit drastic in an attempt to reduce weight for the race.
