And yes. I did miss the triathlon set for July this year. So much has occured! Its all baby baby and more baby excuses. But its worth it.
I know its a bad excuse. But i have to force myself to earmark time. After all, exercises is not wasting time. Its extending time!
Spendijg 1 hr on the gym is equal to 1 hour of extended time on your life!
This is my weight on the 3rd week of targetting 6 kilos in 3month. I started off with 79 kilos at beginning of the month.
To hit 73 kilos December! Never been done before. But lets see how it goes!
