2018 - exercise and focus on golf

2018 for me is focused on making inroads to regain back my health.

1. Exercise wise I make it a point to have weekly round of golf!

2. I try to eat less rice.

3. Try to lower my weight to 70kg and below. As of march Im at 75 now!

4. I made a concoction of artery cleansing formula of (1) garlic juice (2) honey (3) apple cider (4) lemon and (5) ginger! Two tablespoon daily is good enough to be my medicine!

5. When no concalls at night I try to hit the road using my bike!
