Sweeter


The romantics say "Love is Sweeter the second time around".

Well, I wanted to prove if this formula holds true. This time I'm going for my second triathlon event in a week's time.

Here's my level of fitness so far. My daily routine includes:

1. Swim anywhere from 8-15 laps in a 50-m pool.
2. Bike anywhere from 5-15 kms (alternate days)
3. Run - once or twice a week, depending on the weather condition.

So, compared to my first attempt, Im in better shape now. But, with longer distance compared to the first, I will not throw caution to the wind.

I still believe in the cliche "Chance favors the well prepared".

Practice, practice, practice!
