Runkeeper


A friend introduced to me the runkeeper.com website. It is a platform where one can track the progress of his/her exercise, fitness level, calories burned etc and most of all one's training regimen.

So far since June, I've had 43 activities, swim, bike and run total of 364 kms, burned 18000 calories! In the last 20 week, I've had at least twice per week of swim, bike run which coincides to my previous estimate.

So far so good. I have started with 78kg and now I am 73.5 +/- 5 kg. Need more diligence to go down sub 70 kg, the first since I've got married 16 years ago.
