Bfast: banana cruch
Lunch: beehoon chicken thai
Dinner: spagetti

Bfast: banana
Lunch: fried rice marina bay golf
Dinner:  tori q

Day 6
Bfast: beehoon daiman
Lunch:coconut chicken chop rice
Dinner: spaghetti

Day 7
Bfast: banana crunch
Lunch: ymca lunch and toast box
Dinner: pork teriyaki
