Accidents are inevitable during training. Today my wife had one. She missed a fallen tree on a wide open road and ram straight through. The impact led her to lose control of her bike and crash landed on her right side.
She ended with bruises on her knee.
The bike suffered minor damage with only the front right brake twisted. See the photo. Glad there were no cars nor trucks passing by. Else...
Bruised ego is harder to heal than a bruised knee:)
