Calorie Binge


Look at how I indulged in a Sunday binge:

- 1 Banana before swim
- Beehoon after swim
- Lunch with chicken, vegetable, rice, and fruits
- 2 Chicken pau for late snack
- 1 Banana for early dinner.
- Wendys spicy chicken with frosty for dinner.
