Diet this week- june 6-10

At batam: I DDay 1
Bfast: peanut butter swich
Lunch: nasi goreng and chicken curry
Dinner: chicken rendang

At batam:Day 2
Bfast: nasi goreng
Lunch: fruits coke chicken curry
Dinner: tuna rice 2 mango juice

Day 3
Bfast: peanut butter swich
Lunch: chicken curry
Dinnet: tuna rice and 2 prata 

Day 4
Bfast: banana, tanghon egg meat
Lunch: char siew rice
Dinner: ube pork rice

Day 5
Bfast: bee hoon egg
Lunch: ube and nasi lemak
Dinner: chiken curry toast box

Day 6
Bfast: mee siam
Lunch: rice pork soup
Dinner: ube pork nilasing

Day 7
Bfast: swich egg potato spam rice
Lunch: chicken curry
Dinner: tuna egg rice ube
