Day 5 diet

With the regular saturday cycling today, heres how my diet looked like.

A.Breakfast:
1. Oat meal and 1 banan
2. 2 plain prata and coffee
3. Liver cleansing formula (spinach, cucumber, apple, orange, banana)

B. Lunch
1. Fish sweet and sour with rice
2. Sambal Kang kong

C. Dinner
1. Liver concoction!
