Day 1
Bfast: porridge with chicken and coffee
Lunch: salmon rice and egg, ice tea
Break: pineapple bread
Dinner: fish, pumpkin rice watermelon

Day 2
Bfast: pumpkin stringbeans pork rice
Lunch: apple and orange fruits
Lunch: rice char siew roast pork
Dinner: pumpkin stringbeana rice

Day 3
Bfast : rice tofu vegetable meat
Lunch: rice and egg
Dinner: rice egg salmon chicken
Snack: nuts apple juice

Day 4
Bfast: cheat diet of beehoon touge meat
Lunch: tori q
Snack: apple orange
Dinner: rice with vege
Snack: ice cream

Day 5: 
Bfast: porridge chicken
Lunch: jap rice and meat
Snack: chicken croissant
Dinner: tori q

Day 6
Bfast: chicken curry rice
Snack: papaya water melon
Lunch: rice and vege
Dinner: bento salmon teriyaki chicken

Day 7
Bfast: eggs hash brown salad bread
Lunch: ebi fry beef curry chicken fruits
Snack: big mac
Dinner: olive fried rice
