Diet this week - may 9-13

Day 1
Bfast - skip sick
Lunch: 
Dinner:  cereal chicken egg rice

Day 2
Bfast: porridge chicken
Lunch: rice fish and egg
Dinner:  subway chicken teriyaki


Day 3:
Bfast: rice pork minced egg
Lunch: katsu don
Dinner: pork rice chocken pie WM

Day 4:
Bfast: bee hoon prawns 
Lunch: curry chicken char siew roast pork rice
Dinner: rice and ?
