Lunch: wantan mee
Dinner: chop suey rice

Day 2
Bfast: porridge
Lunch: chicken sisig
Dinner: fish rice

Day 3
Bfast: oatmeal
Lunch: beef rice
Dinner:  paksiw fish rice


Day 4
Bfast: oatmeal
Lunch: chicken curry rice
Dinner: pork soup rice

Day 5
Bfast: chicken porridge
Lunch: wanton mee
Dinner: cereal chicken cutlet rice

Day 6
Bfast : ikea bfast
Lunch: skip
Dinner: airport curry

Day 7
Bfast:  mee siam occ
Lunch: ymca 
Dinner: jollibee, ice cream, curry
