FDay 1
Bfast: oatmeal and beehon egg meat
Lunch: egg rice utong
Dinner: rice with pork carrots tomato
Exercise : driving range

Day 2
Bfast : bread and beehoon
Lunch : subway
Dinner : mongo apple tuna ice cream corn
Exercise: gym

Day 3
Bfast: oats beehoon egg
Lunch: roast pork rice
Dinner: tuna rice
Exercise: none

Day 4
Bfast: mee siam
Lunch: jap pork okra pumpkin bread coffee
Dinner: fish rice

Day 5
Bfast: beehoon
Lunch: subway chicken
Dinner: tuna rice

Day 6
Bfast: toast box curry
Lunch: subway chicken
Dinner: gg rice

Day 7
Bfast:  wanton mee
Lunch: fried gg fish rice
Dinner: tuna rice
